Technical meetings of the Irish branch planned for 2012 include a seminar dealing with Islamic Finance.
The annual IFA congress which is to take place in Boston from 30 September to 5 October 2012.  The annual congress provides an opportunity for an exchange of knowledge and experience with respect to fiscal laws in jurisdictions around the world.  These congresses attract some 1,000 – 1,600 participants and accompanying persons are always welcome.  They provide an opportunity to make contact with leading experts in fiscal matters, both as part of the official programme and during the course of a varied and interesting social programme.
